Websites often have a Sitemap that lists all pages with the date of last modification. Similarly, blogs usually offer an RSS feeds that gets updated with new articles.
You can enter the website sitemap or blog RSS link as External source in your capture. Brwoshot will check the list of URLs available and will apture them.
