Support > Advanced Web Page Options > Browser Wait

This field allows you to specify how long you would like the browser to wait before it captures a screenshot of the web page after the PageLoad event. 

By default, this value is set to 5 seconds. However, if you are trying to capture a highly dynamic web page and notice that your capture is just an image of the loading screen, adding some additional wait time should help you solve this problem. 

The maximum value for this field is 30 seconds. However, increasing this value to 10 seconds in most cases should be sufficient.
